REFUNDS & EXCHANGES AT MAGGIE’S BRIDAL & PROM
At Maggie’s Bridal & Prom, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. While all in-store purchases are final sale, we do offer limited options for returns and exchanges on online orders. Please review our policies carefully before making your purchase.
Online Orders
We understand that shopping online can be tricky, which is why we offer a return or one-time exchange option for qualifying online purchases.
Eligibility
Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays). Any requests submitted after 4 days of delivery will be rejected. Dresses priced above $700 are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Item(s) must be unworn, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
Returns
- Returns are subject to a $50.00 restocking fee.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is inspected and approved.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, calculated at check-out.

- Fill out the form with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
- Ship your item back within 2 business days of approval.

Exchanges
We offer a one-time exchange within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges must be for an item of equal or greater value (any price difference is the customer’s responsibility). Exchange requests submitted after 4 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Additional Information
Items returned without prior approval will be refused. Damaged, worn, or altered dresses will not be accepted. Refunds and exchanges are processed only after the returned item is inspected.
